Adept of our solution since 2018, the CH is among the historical users of Hublo. “We adopted Hublo in a quest for efficiency and quality of care” explains Agnès Loire, HR Director of the establishment. This application “is easy to use and has exemplary reliability” has been facilitating the management of replacements for several years, as well as its administrative counterpart through the automatic generation of contracts.
“As an HR Director, I was initially attracted by the idea of having direct contact with temporary staff without intermediaries” recalls Agnès Loire, who praises not only the savings made since the implementation of Hublo but also the renewed autonomy thanks to this tool that allows us to “create and manage our own pool, and to be in control of who we place in front of our patients”.
Hublo is unanimously appreciated at the CH, especially among health managers according to Ms. Loire: “Before, they each spent 2-3 hours a day managing replacements. Today, posting a mission takes them 20 seconds. They are adamant: it would now be unthinkable for them to do without Hublo.”
Because in this establishment that suffers from numerous vacant positions, temporary staff account for 35% of the workforce. Among the more than 3000 replacements recruited, “some have been coming every month for several years” asserts Ms. Loire. A reassuring sign of loyalty for both the teams and HR.
With over 800 shifts per month, the number of contracts to be completed by the CH is extremely high and “impossible to achieve manually with our current teams” according to Agnès Loire. Fortunately, these are automatically generated by Hublo, thus ensuring the compliance of the CH: “Once the settings are correctly configured based on our pay grids and templates, it’s pure joy. With one click, the contracts are edited and sent to the temporary workers.”
While the pool of substitutes mainly consists of external temporary workers, it also includes some employees of the CH “who are keen on extra hours and find this tool very easy to use” explains Agnès Loire. While managers appreciate the comfort and time savings that Hublo provides, employees, on the other hand, value the freedom that comes with its use: “no matter the urgency, they are never called back during their rest time”.
