After years of unsuccessful use of Zaggo to manage its replacements, the EHPAD La Presqu’île decided to replace this tool with Hublo, deemed “much more known and used by caregivers than Zaggo” by Séverine Plevani, executive assistant at the EHPAD. “No one knows Zaggo, so our job offers didn't reach many people” explains Ms. Plevani.
Ms. Plevani quickly got used to the Hublo interface, which she finds “smoother in terms of use: you can find the information you’re looking for more easily”. But above all, “we received no applications from temporary workers with Zaggo, whereas with Hublo we constantly receive them” observes Ms. Plevani.
In just 2 months, the EHPAD managed to integrate 160 temporary workers into its pool of replacements, most of whom found the establishment on Hublo. “The majority of our replacements now go through Hublo” explains Séverine Plevani, who considers herself “completely a fan” of this solution. Thanks to Hublo, “I no longer spend my life on the phone looking for replacements; it’s much smoother and simpler now” she believes.
The EHPAD has also been able to drastically reduce its reliance on temporary staffing, “Hublo being much more responsive” according to Ms. Plevani.
The implementation of Hublo has been well received by both management and the employees of the EHPAD who have joined its pool of substitutes: “They even use Hublo as a work schedule, which saves them from having multiple tools to manage their timetable” explains Ms. Plevani.
For Severine Plevani, Hublo also promotes the retention of new temporary staff in her pool as she observes that “we often have the same ones coming back for assignments”, even though she also pays attention to bringing in new temporary staff to “test them” and thus strengthen her pool.
Hublo has also allowed the EHPAD to recruit a nurse from its new temporary staff: “She came to do temporary work and enjoyed our establishment, so she accepted a permanent position here” Ms. Plevani mentions.
