Since adopting Mstaff, Céline Chevré's email inbox is no longer flooded with applications as they are now centralized in the tool: a centralization of information that allows for “instant visibility on all our ongoing recruitments,” asserts Ms. Chevré, but also “faster processing because the departments are more autonomous.”

On Mstaff, once the job offer is posted, “directors and department heads can review and comment on applications: they are autonomous in sorting them themselves,” explains Céline Chevré. A major advantage for this establishment divided into 4 sites, which, thanks to Mstaff, experiences “smoother exchanges that greatly facilitate the work of the HR manager that I am, as well as the department heads,” specifies Ms. Chevré.

Moreover, “the time we save thanks to this streamlining of internal exchanges allows me to respond to candidates much more quickly,” explains Ms. Chevré; a key advantage in a context of strong competition among healthcare establishments for hard-to-fill positions.

Beyond the collaborative aspect, Céline Chevré appreciates “the time savings brought about by the multi-distribution of job offers” and “the ergonomic system for sorting and closing applications”.
