Dylan Derache, Recruitment Manager, discovered Hublo upon his arrival at the hospital in 2022. Very quickly, this tool appeared to him as an important vector for recruitment and retention: “Hublo helps us develop our employer brand by allowing external temporary workers to discover the hospital and return regularly.” With the Hublo Pool, the hospital broadcasts its unfilled missions to pre-qualified caregivers through Hublo, thus further extending its visibility and attractiveness to professionals in its region.
“The biggest impact of Hublo within the hospital is the time saved. Managers just have to post the mission offers: it’s easy, as the tool has been designed to be as smooth as possible,” explains Mr. Derache.
This time saving is valuable, as it allows management to focus on other more important tasks: “Hublo enables our healthcare managers to spend more time present in their department.”
The staff is equally satisfied with this way of working. According to Mr. Derache, “Hublo also helps us retain our own employees. They can easily work overtime if they wish, and our replacement needs are met, which contributes to better team stability and thus a better quality of life at work.”

Between Hublo and the Hublo Pool, the hospital has greatly expanded its pool of temporary staff. “We have recruited many new temporary staff who found us through Hublo,” explains Mr. Derache, “we now have 614 Hublo temporary staff, plus 161 from the Hublo Pool who can support us.”
For Mr. Derache, the Hublo Pool represents an opportunity to recruit new professionals: “By allowing us to extend the distribution of our missions to caregivers outside our pool, the Hublo Pool helps us promote our establishment. The goal is for these individuals to return regularly to us, or even take a permanent position.”
Between Hublo and the Hublo Pool, the hospital is now significantly less dependent on temporary work: “99% of our replacements now go through Hublo.”
