Hublo user since 2022, the National Institution for Invalids also subscribed to the Hublo Pool in September 2023 to increase its chances of filling its missions by extending the dissemination of its offers to pre-qualified caregivers in its region by Hublo. Thanks to the Hublo Pool, “we manage to meet our urgent replacement needs in the majority of cases” states Véronique Assaba, health manager at the INI.
It was primarily to reduce its reliance on temporary staffing that the INI decided to adopt Hublo: “temporary staffing was very expensive for us” explains Julien Muslewski, director of nursing at the INI, “but thanks to Hublo, we only resort to it exceptionally.”
Indeed, the institution can now rely on a solid pool of substitutes, as Mr. Muslewski attests: “Hublo has allowed us to reach a wide range of caregivers and sufficiently expand our pool of temporary staff to meet the majority of our needs.”
However, if this pool does not respond quickly enough, the institution can count on the responsiveness of the Hublo Pool, which “allows us to increase our chances of quickly meeting our needs by opening us up to a larger reserve of nurses” explains Fadila Kassouk, health manager at the INI. Moreover, the substitutes from the Hublo Pool tend to return for other missions, which is another added value compared to temporary staffing since “the nurses do not have to train or supervise them”.
Ms. Kassouk is adamant: “If we were to lose Hublo, I wouldn’t know how to manage!” Because as Julien Muslewski explains, “before, we had to call each person one by one... Hublo therefore provides a real managerial time-saving for those who manage schedules, and also facilitates the work of HR through the automatic generation of contracts.”
Finally, the use of Hublo and the Hublo Pool is experienced very positively by the staff of INI, some of whom “use it regularly to work overtime when it suits them.” But above all, “our employees see a real difference in their quality of life at work since the implementation of Hublo” asserts Ms. Kassouk, because “they can now take vacations without compromising the continuity of care, or risking being called back during their rest time.”
