Before Hublo, the Résidence du Ponant used to manage replacements in emergencies by calling on its employees during their rest time or by hiring temporary workers. This resulted in significant costs, as well as overburdening the teams, which was not acceptable to Karine Gasnier, executive assistant at the Résidence du Ponant: “we wanted to be less intrusive towards our staff, as employees' privacy must be respected.”
According to Ms. Gasnier, most of the employees at the residence quickly understood the benefits of Hublo, which allows them to choose the missions that interest them: “everyone has become an active participant in the replacements, which is motivating. If I stopped posting missions, the employees would ask me what was going on!”
While most of the mission offers are filled by the employees, the residence can also rely on numerous temporary workers who found the establishment through Hublo: “our pool of temporary workers has quickly expanded and continues to grow; this application is very well-known and highly appreciated by caregivers and staff,” explains Ms. Gasnier.
Thanks to the employees and temporary workers who position themselves for the offers at the residence, Ms. Gasnier can now do without temporary staffing: “temporary staffing is expensive, so we save a lot on our replacements with Hublo.”

For Mrs. Gasnier, “it’s much easier because we no longer need to call our employees one by one, we just need to post our needs and we know that our pool will quickly mobilize.”
Among the other notable advantages are time savings and simplification of administrative tasks: “it’s very quick to post a mission once everything is set up! I also save time with contracts because I have all the useful and necessary information for their drafting in the application.”
Finally, retaining the talent pool is a real plus for both management and residents: “the temporary workers who apply with us tend to come back, so it’s easier for us to trust them.”
